All vaccines used at AIC Medical are officially registered with BPOM (the Indonesian National Agency of Drug and Food Control). Vaccines are stored using proper cold chain standards to maintain their quality and effectiveness until administration.

Vaccination Process at AIC Medical

The vaccination process is structured and efficient to ensure patient comfort:

1. Call or message AIC Medical via WhatsApp
2. Book an appointment (minimum H-3 / at least 3 days in advance)
3. Patient registration
4. Vaccine injection by medical personnel
5. Payment

Vaccine Availability & Pre-Order System

To ensure optimal quality and proper storage, vaccinations at AIC Medical are conducted using a pre-order system. Appointments must be made at least 3 days prior to the vaccination date.

Preparation Before Vaccination

Before undergoing vaccination, patients must be in good health (not experiencing fever or acute infection). To ensure patient readiness, medical personnel will conduct a brief screening prior to vaccine administration.

• Meningitis Vaccine: IDR 425,000 / person
• Polio Vaccine: IDR 800,000 / person
• Gardasil 9 (protection against 9 HPV types):
  • IDR 2,500,000 (1 dose)
  • IDR 7,200,000 (3 doses)
• Gardasil 4 (protection against 4 HPV types):
  • IDR 1,350,000 (1 dose)
  • IDR 3,600,000 (3 doses)
• Influenza Vaccine: IDR 390,000
• Pneumonia Vaccine: IDR 1,100,000
• Hepatitis B Vaccine: IDR 237,000

Vaccination Certificate

After vaccination, patients will receive an official vaccination certificate as proof of the medical procedure. This certificate can be used for personal records, travel requirements, or administrative purposes.
