
Biography
dr. Deborah Theresia, Sp.PK is a Clinical Pathologist and a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia. With a strong academic background and extensive clinical and managerial experience, dr. Deborah has been actively involved in clinical laboratory services across various referral healthcare facilities.
Throughout her career, dr. Deborah has served as a clinical pathology specialist, laboratory supervisor, and head of laboratory units and medical staff groups (KSM). These roles have provided her with a comprehensive understanding not only of laboratory diagnostics, but also of quality management, patient safety, and antimicrobial resistance control.
In addition to her clinical practice, dr. Deborah is actively engaged in national and international research activities, particularly in the fields of infectious diseases, immunology, vaccines, and public health. Her involvement as a Co-Principal Investigator in multiple national-scale studies reflects her strong commitment to the advancement of evidence-based medicine.
Currently, dr. Deborah continues to expand her expertise and contributions in clinical pathology services, research, and laboratory management to support accurate diagnosis and high-quality healthcare delivery.
